Location is a plus and a minus. Central to the historic waterfront district but also central to homelessness right outside the gated hotel. This is of course no fault of the owners but rather the reality we all currently live in.

Breakfast was just a couple of items to take away in a bag. I guess for the price of the room, it was OK, but I wouldn't consider it breakfast. Room as clean and everything was in working order.
